Well i thought about it long before i started, and there is a format, but today i woke up and i thought we should talk about the most important ingredient in all recipes, water! Its life somebody deed mention that......biologists have confirmed 60-70% of our body is water, so we need to maintain the water balance, through drinking pure water, in beverages and in food. The type and format that you choose to take your water definately depends on availability, money, and largely on preference. some will find sodas to be more fulfilling, juices, soups, coffee, however the implication resulting from the choice you make is evident in our bodies, so the next time you decide to take one more soda, ask yourself if pure water in this particular case in time would be much better.
